I work as a Business Controller at an international accounting firm. When I first started working there after college, I had developed a social anxiety disorder. Nowadays I have regained control of my anxiety and therefore my daily life. From my own experience I can tell you what you can do to better cope with anxiety and stress. This experience is based on years of therapy, a NLP training course, reading a lot of self-help books and challenging myself constantly.
