?At the beginning of 2015 Tom Vandenberghe and Luk Thys returned to Bangkok, back to where their street food adventure began. Following their first street food book collaboration, seven years ago, the series has now grown to include Hanoi, Singapore & Penang and New York street food, an internationally acclaimes collection. The phenomenon of street food has in the meantime spread, and become well established worldwide. Now with a wealth of experience behind them, the time was ripe for Tom and Luk to go back and once again immerse themselves in some of that Bangkok atmosphere. With a happy sense of re-acquaintance with the familiar, their return visit to the Thai metropolis proved to be both an aducational and enriching experience.
