My favorite of the whole series so far!

I was FINALLY able to read the story of my favorite male character in this series: J A M E S !

Ever since his appearance in the 1st book, I have been completely fascinated by him (or better, obsessed). He is introduced rather modestly as Luke’s brother, but it has been made abundantly clear in the 2nd that he is here to stay (yay Jay!).

Cassie was the mystery girl of the series. I could not, in any way, shape or form, figure her out. She keeps to herself mostly, but she turns out to be the sweetest thing in the end. A lot more details about her past (& Liam’s) are shared. It just shows how strong & mature she is for her age. No wonder she pairs up with James, his stability is her safe haven & I love this for both of them! #teamjassie

The 3rd book is a true gem. After what happened at the end of the 2nd book (no spoilers, you’ll have to read it to find out), I didn’t expect there to be more plot twists coming forth from those circumstances. Eliza Modiste really knows how to make everything fit together over the course of multiple books. I was on the edge of my seat throughout the whole book!

I wanted to finish the last part, but I fel asleep in the middle of the night with my e-reader in my hand (it was STILL clutched in my hand when I woke up this morning, THAT IS HOW F*CKING BAD I WANTED TO FINISH IT).

I can’t wait for the 4th book to be released! I don’t know why, but I have a feeling that Shawn will be introduced in this one & that he will develop some sort of connection to Garrett, the bartender at Henry’s. Anxiously awaiting release day!!!!
