Lezersrecensie
A pleasure to read
I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
It's a perfect combination of humour, drama, a bit of romance (not too much) and a bit of detective.
The book cover describes it as 'superbly clever' and yes, that's true. The author does a great job of describing 3 totally different women with 5-year old kids who struggle to keep their lives on track and to keep the ugly sides of their lives hidden from the outside world.
From the start I couldn't help but feel sympathy for all three women and especially for 'plain Jane' and her son Ziggy, falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit (or did he?) Obviously all secrets are going to come out in the end, but Mrs. Moriarty came up with a very elegant and not even far-fetched end to the story of these 3 women.
A highly enjoyable book!
