“I think you live in a world that’s more interesting than the one most people live in, and I wish I could live in it too.”

“I think you live in a world that’s more interesting than the one most people live in, and I wish I could live in it too.”
Great Big Beautiful Life will leave you teary-eyed, with a full heart and a warm, fuzzy feeling.
Great Big Beautiful Life felt like a warm hug and multiple stories in one. If you liked The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, then you'll definitely like this book too. I love life stories like these, filled with excitement, adventure, love and loss.
I also think Emily Henry does a great job of building the chemistry between Alice and Hayden, their interactions never felt boring and always real, and their relationship slowly develops throughout the story in a beautiful way.
I think the parts I liked the most were Margaret's story. I'm just such a sucker for autobiographical stories like these from start to finish with a great plot twist near the end (which I kind of did see coming, but that didn't ruin the story at all for me).
“When you love someone, you do anything to give them what they need. You unmake the world and build a new one.”
Thank you Penguin Books & Lees van Bol for this review copy!
