Lezersrecensie
O!M!G!.... This ending!!!!
In this third book we get so much more backstory on Ouranous, the gods and how everything came to be.
We also learn more about why the Aurora King and Atlas so desperately want to capture Lor.
Atlas hides a big secret that could change everything for him and his future and he uses Gabriel and the Warders to hide his secrets. Gabriel loathes him for it and more and more learns that Atlas is all about saving himself and gaining more and more power.
By accident Gabriel finds out where Lor is and does his best to keep it a secret from Atlas.
Meanwhile Lor finally admits to herself how she really feels about Nadir and they finally (it only took two books) both give in.
I gave this book 5 stars, again for different reasons then the first two books. There's is a lot more backstory and character building for all the other characters in the the story. There's found family, banter, spice and a lot of kicking ass. Lor has really grown in this book, she takes matters in to her own hands, doesn't accept others taking desicions for her and tries to give voice to her trauma's as well as overcoming them. She still wants to take revenge on the Aurora King but also wants to start a life of her own with Nadir, Tristan, Willow and all her other friends.
I'm really looking forward to book 4.
