Tennis Romance
“Decisions made from the heart are often the best ones.”
Double fault by Ella Wren is a sports romance. This time about a tennis player who also happens to be a single dad. I love sports romances and since I played tennis pretty competitively myself I love these just a little bit more!
In this dual pov story we follow Sabrina, a woman fresh out of school who can’t seem to find a job and a huge loan. When she is evicted, she moves in with her best friend. The best friend knows a famous tennis player who is looking for a nanny to watch his daughter and help her with home schooling while he plays the ATP tour. Sabrina decides she has nothing to lose applies for the job and goes to the interview.
Noah, the famous tennis players, lost his wife to cancer and after taking some time off to take care of her and grief, he wants to start playing again! But he needs someone to be a nanny for his daughter. But as soon as he lays eyes on Sabrina he falls head over heels, so his first instinct is to not hire her. However his daughter Maddie unexpectedly meets Sabrina at the interview and they hit it off immediately. So he has no choice, hires her and he has to resist the temptation.
They start the tour and travel to Australia to kick off the tour. Can Noah find his groove back on the court, while dealing with new feelings? Will Sabrina be able to deal with his mood swings, while caring for his daughter? You have to wait 3 more days to read it, because the book will be released on February the 20th!
