Vampire Apocalypse

I've never read a vampire story like this one and I absolutelty loved it! It has a lot of dark, cruel scenes, so please read the trigger warnings!

The is told from Georgia. Before the vampire apocalypse happened she was a docter and the sister of the USA president. Now she is a prisoner in an upside down castle where she is held by a vampire prince called Valen.

The brother of the prince is dead and Georgia seems to know what happened to him, however she doesn't have all her memories anymore. They try to compell it out of her, but she just can't remember. While trying to survive in an unknown world, with dangers lurking around in the dark pretty much everywhere, while she is captured in an underground castle, she still tries to find a way out.

While being scared of Valen and this whole new world, where are humans are pretty much slaughtered, he keeps her alive, and somehow she feels safe with him. Will she ever get her memories back? And will there be a reason for the vampires to keep her alive?

The book is the first one of a trilogy and ends with a cliffhanger. The next one comes out on May 13, 2025, and I just can't wait to continue this story!
