Billionaire romance with some smut
When Rowan Kane’s grandfather passes away, he receives a letter. In order to inherit his shares, Rowan has to find a way to improve Dreamland. He has six months to come up with an idea and present it to a committee, handpicked by his grandfather. Rowan dreads the idea of having to return to the theme park, until he gets to know Zahra. When she submits a proposal that criticises Dreamland’s most popular ride, Zahra feels ashamed. She had written it while she had been drunk and never meant to sent it. She’s shocked when Rowan offers her the job of Creator, someone who designs things for the park. Becoming a Creator is Zahra’s dream job. There’s only one catch. Rowan, the cold hearted prick she can’t stand, is her boss.
I’ve really enjoyed The Fine Print! It’s a billionaire romance with smut, but the spice doesn’t take over the book. Zahra and Rowan both have their issues that they need to work on. A breakup wrecked Zahra and Rowan has no clue how to be nice towards people. There’s only one kiss needed to make things complicated between them. Zahra needs to learn how to trust people again and Rowan needs to discover how to be kind and understanding. It’s funny to read how the both of them try to ignore the pull they feel towards each other while it’s obvious to the reader that they’re into each other. I also really loved the inclusion of Anni, Zahra’s sister. She may be a side character but she ended up as my favourite character of this book.
