Loved this standalone

I’m sad that I’ve finished it. This book is SO GOOD! I really wish it lasted longer. It’s a great standalone. There’s enough romance and action. I really like the pace of this book and I really got attached to these characters. I’ll definitely reread this book. Alessandra and the shadow king stole my heart.

Originally read the shadows between us in April 2020. Reread it in 2023. Heard there’s a new book in the same world! Looking forward to read that one as well. Hopefully it’s just as good as this one!! It’s called the darkness within us I think?
